Results Camp is a 6 week fitness and nutrition program that incorporates strength training, cardio, circuit training, short distance running, calisthenics, nutrition tips, weight loss tips and more!
Upon registration, you will receive a Results Camp Food & Activity Journal that will help keep you accountable. Inside are meal and snack ideas, easy to track daily food logs and recommended workouts for your non-camp days or when you're on the road.
Research shows that those who track their food intake are 65% more successful in their weight loss goals.
Your fitness will be assessed at the beginning, midway and end of each session to help you track your progression and goals.You will experience astonishing results as you work towards improving all of the 10 components of fitness: Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power Speed, Agility, Coordination, Balance, Accuracy.
