Limited group sizes for a personal experience. Many bootcamps have groups upwards of 20 people per session, Results Camp limits registrations based on the number of trainers. This allows you to get maximum attention and interaction with your trainer.
Each one hour session incorporates a wide variety of functional movements that will challenge your muscles and your mind. This means you'll be able to continue progressing and will never 'plateau'.
You don't need to worry about your training schedule - every session includes an awesome workout and complements previous sessions!
